Furniture planning for hotels, resorts and other guest-focused properties
GEORGE Contract is the hospitality furniture project route of GEORGE Group. It is intended for owners, developers, designers, consultants, contractors and purchasing teams that need to turn room plans, area schedules and design references into a reviewable furniture scope. Hotel and resort interiors are the priority. Other property and venue types shown on this site can be discussed when their scope fits the project-configured supply model.
GEORGE Group can discuss the furniture categories presented on this site, but this is not a fixed-stock catalogue. The items, materials, manufacturing route, samples, delivery method, installation and local responsibilities are agreed for the actual project. The production network may involve GEORGE-owned facilities, participating partner factories or commissioned manufacturers; no page should be read as saying that every category is made in one wholly owned factory.

Start with the property, then define the furniture
The project-type route helps a buyer organise the whole property: guest-room families, public areas, operating constraints, phases and local handoffs. The furniture route then resolves individual item groups, such as room packages, public-area seating, dining furniture or fitted joinery. A complete brief normally uses both views.

A useful first brief makes the next decision visible
Send the property type and location, project stage, planned opening or handover window, current plans, room or unit counts, area list, furniture schedule if available, design or brand references, destination and the people responsible for approvals and local site work. Mark unknowns as “to be confirmed.” That gives the project team a controlled place to resolve missing decisions without treating assumptions as specifications.
| Check | What the buyer should see |
|---|---|
| Scope | Included, excluded and undecided furniture by room type or area, with non-furniture equipment and building work separated. |
| Evidence | Drawings, finish references, samples and any required product or destination documents tied to the actual proposed item. |
| Commercial basis | Quantities, quoted assumptions, destination, trade term, validity, programme and separately priced services. |
| Handoffs | Who verifies dimensions, approves, receives, stores, moves, installs, connects, inspects and handles local obligations. |
Current B2B reference terms are a starting point
GEORGE Contract usually aims to respond within 48 hours and to prepare a quotation within five working days when the project information is sufficient. Quotations are usually valid for 30 days. There is no minimum piece count in the current reference terms, while the minimum project order value is USD 18,000. A five-year warranty is the current general reference. The quotation and contract define the actual scope, clock, exclusions, warranty coverage, trade terms and any installation charge for each project.
Global enquiries are welcome, with Europe, the Middle East, East Asia and the Americas as current focus regions. Delivery, insurance, customs, local handling and installation are not assumed to work the same way in every destination. Contract-project trade terms are generally discussed on a CIF basis, subject to the destination and project quotation.
Choose a route or send the first project facts
Use Hospitality Project Types when the main question is how to divide a property or programme. Use the furniture pages when the room and area schedule already exists and the question is what each furniture package should contain. Review Hospitality Project Evidence when you need to separate visible project context from a verified furniture supply scope. The project-start page lists what to send and how the next review works.
