Start with enough project information to identify the next decision
You do not need a complete specification before contacting GEORGE Contract. A useful first enquiry identifies the property, destination, stage and likely furniture scope, then makes the unknowns visible. This allows the team to decide whether it can price, whether drawings or a schedule are missing, and which responsibilities need clarification.
Prepare the first review package
- Property and location: project name or working name, country and city, property type, new build or renovation, and the intended opening or handover period.
- Rooms and areas: room, unit or villa types and counts; public areas; restaurant, meeting or other venue areas; and any outdoor or exposed zones.
- Current design information: plans, elevations, furniture schedule, design references, brand standard and the revision date for each file.
- Scope status: furniture known to be included, excluded or undecided; equipment and building work that interface with it; and whether fitted joinery is being considered.
- Materials and evidence: finish intent, cleaning or operating conditions, any required testing or destination documents, and which alternatives may be reviewed.
- Commercial and site inputs: destination, target programme, budget basis if available, preferred trade term, site access, receiving and storage, and the expected installation arrangement.
- Decision contacts: who approves design, technical evidence, commercial release and site work.
Mark any missing value as “to be confirmed.” Do not create a quantity or performance requirement simply to fill the brief.
Understand the current response and quotation references
GEORGE Contract usually aims to respond within 48 hours. When the information is sufficient for a quotation, the current B2B reference is usually five working days, and a quotation is usually valid for 30 days. These are planning references rather than unconditional guarantees; the actual response, information request, quotation scope and validity appear in the project communication.
The current reference has no minimum piece count and a minimum project order value of USD 18,000. A five-year warranty is the general reference. Product coverage, start date, exclusions, remedy and responsibility need to be stated in the quotation and contract. Installation can be discussed and is separately charged where included.
Use the site enquiry route or the recorded direct contact
The project contact is Barry Liu. The recorded email is [email protected] and the recorded telephone number is +86 18566012949. The site enquiry opens in a popup and includes an automated security check. If the available fields do not fit your project, use the recorded email or telephone number.
Share only what the first review needs
Project files may contain contact details, room information, drawings and commercial context. Avoid sending identity documents, payment credentials or unrelated personal information. Customer form information is handled within GEORGE and is not provided to factories or logistics providers. Website, email, analytics and security services may process limited information to operate the site and enquiry route; see the Privacy Notice for Project Enquiries before submitting.
After the first review, ask for a list of missing decisions and a clearly bounded proposed scope. This is the stop point for an initial enquiry; manufacture, delivery and installation begin only under the applicable project documents.
